Caddo Smart Start Early Childhood Community Network offers full scholarships for children, Birth to 3-years-old at partnering Type III Child Care Centers. An adult who is legally responsible for paying Child Care costs for a child, Birth to 3-years-old, with a total gross income less than the amount listed below may be eligible for a full scholarship. Please note that there are Waiting Lists for scholarships. You may complete an application, however, there may be a longer wait time for a scholarship due to limited funds. Contact Type III Child Care Centers directly to find out if scholarships are offered at their site.
